REUNITED On Apr 19th, 2017 ( missing 4 days )
I received a call from a town called Victor in NY. That's about 25 minutes away from where I live. Apparently my Snowball strayed a little to far ( three streets over) being friendly as he is went up to a stranger in a parking lot. Women took her home. This person had a mental health illness(She visited and or lived at an institution ). An employee there heard this women talk about how this cat was going to "harm" her, the employee knew she had to rescue the cat before the women caused harm. Employees mom works at a shelter in Victor. Saw the fax sent out a couple days ago, and I just picked up my cat tonight after they called! I would of never thought to contact anybody as far as them, but I thank this website so much. With out them, I know for sure I would of not got my cat back.
